The first steps to freedom

What does freedom really mean? Freedom can be defined as sovereign, autonomous and independent self-determination. Freedom requires an ability to distance oneself from the state of self-determination.

Your human emotions essentially give you direction in your life and they have a significant impact on your well-being. Emotions are triggered by conscious and unconscious perception in the respective moment and lead to a subjective emotional experience.

Your human perception is created from the conscious and unconscious reception of sensory impressions. Likewise, your emotions are constantly shaped by information from your living environment in connection with your inner state.

Every day you move in energy fields that are stored with various information that you absorb consciously or unconsciously. So how can you ensure that your emotions are truly free?

We would like to introduce you to some exercises to achieve the freedom of your emotions, combined with sharpened mindfulness.
